Don Cohen Don has been in the mortgage business in Maine since 1980, when he began to work as loan interviewer and processor/closer for Sanford Savings. By the mid-'80's, he was in charge of Maine's leading lender, Sun Savings, managing a team of originators, underwriters and processors serving home owners from Kittery to Lewiston. In the 1990's, Don was Area Manager for Norwest Mortgage (now Wells Fargo), and the company rapidly became Maine's premier provider of mortgage financing products. Since 2005, he has worked even closer with prospective homebuyers, as well as real estate professionals, to make sure that consumers in Maine receive the financing "that best suits their needs." He also provides education programs to buyers and real estate agents so that clients are aware of the various financing options available to them. |
